  • Where is Nasomatto located?

Nasomatto Perfumes and the Nasomatto webstore are located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.



  • Do you have perfume samples?

No, we don't. Nasomatto does not produce samples, so any 'samples' you may find on other websites or stores are decantations, and we cannot take responsibility for their qualitity or level of contamination. The Nasomatto webshop is aimed at returning customers who have purchased a fragrance but don't have immediate access to a store to purchase a new bottle. As a webshop exclusive we do offer a highly concentrated oil-based Extrait de Parfum (4ml.) if you would like to try a fragrance without breaking the bank.




  • Which currency is used in the webstore?

The currency used in the webstore is Euro. To convert the Euro amount to any other amount you can get an estimatation here. Please note that this is an estimate and the actual conversion may be different.




  • Why is there a limit to the amount of products I can order?

The Nasomatto Webstore is for end consumers only. This is why we limit the amount of 30ml. product you can order to three.




  • Do you ship to all countries?

Yes, we do.




  • What are my shipping options?

 

Our online store ships within the following countries:

 

EUR 1: Austria, Belgium, Danmark (excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland), France (incl. Corsica and Monaco), Germany, Italy (excl. San Marino and Vatican City), The Netherlands, Sweden, United Kingdom (excl. Gibraltar and Canal Island).

EUR 2: Bulgaria, Czechia, Estland, Finland, Hongary, Ireland, Letland, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal (incl. Azores and Madeira), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia.

EUR 3: Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnie Herzegovina, Canal Island, Canary Islands, Croatia, Cyprus, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Malta, Moldavia, Montenegro, Norway, Ukraine, San Marino, Serbia, Switserland, Turkey, Vatican City.

WORLD: including Australia, New Zealand, Oman,Yemen, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates.

 

To countries in within EUR 1 and 2 we ship using different local carriers and/or postal service.

To countries in within EUR 3 and the rest of the WORLD we ship using Fedex.

Your package will only be delivered when signed for by you.

Note: All 30ml. products weigh 275 grams, all 4ml. weigh 90 grams.



  • When will my order arrive?

The Nasomatto webstore is located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Depending on where the parcel ships to, it will arrive between 5-21 business days from the order date.

  • Shipping

Once your order has been placed and your payment has been cleared, it will usually be processed within two business days. Shipping takes anywhere between 5-21 business days, depending on where you are located in relation to The Nasomatto Webstore in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.




  • Do I have to pay extra duties and taxes on my purchased items?

Orders include Dutch VAT at 21 % when shipped in within EU. No VAT charged outside EU. Shipping costs will be added to your order. Orders to countries outside the European Union (EU) or to the United States may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. On orders to countries outside of the EU, we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. These additional charges must be rendered by you in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.




  • How can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, you can do this by sending an email to webstore@nasomatto.com. Please state the order number found in your order confirmation and which items you wish to cancel. If the order has already been sent to you, you can return the item within 14 days of delivery.




  • How do I return an item?

Within 14 days following the delivery of your order, send an email to webstore@nasomatto.com and let us know you wish to send back your product. If the product is faulty, please let us know what is wrong. Wait for a confirmation e-mail from us. This e-mail will also include instructions for sending back the product, and the adress you can send it to.

Please note that returns will only be accepted if the products are unused and labels and original packaging are fully intact. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded, neither will your expenses for returning the product to us.   • How can I pay for my order?

We use Paypal (www.paypal.com) as a partner to process payment for your order. If you don't have a Paypal account, you can use this service as a guest and pay by credit card.

 



  • Is my credit card information safe?

Yes it is. Paypal, an international online payment service. Payment details are entered over a secure SSL link to Paypal, who will then authorize the payment after checking the details that have been entered. Credit card details entered in the webshop are kept securely by Paypal, and are not transmitted to Nasomatto.


 

  • How do I know that my connection is safe?

We use SSL encryption (Secure Sockets Layer) on areas of the webshop where personal information is transmitted. SSL encryption is the worlds standard for safety on the internet. You can see the difference in your browser's adressbar:

  • I lost my password, how can I get it back?

Please use the 'Forgot your password?' link on the 'My Account' page and follow the instructions.




  • How will you handle my personal information?

Nasomatto will not sell or disclose any of the personal information collected at www.nasomatto.com. This information will only be used to ship your order. Please read our Privacy Policy in the Terms and Conditions for complete information.




  • Finding a product

On the opening page, you can see all our fragrances in the caroussel and in the list on the left. Click the fragrance you wish to look at. This will take you to the information page for the product.



  • Ordering a product

To add products to your shopping bag, use the 'Add to Cart' button. Your order will not be placed until you proceed to Check out for confirmation and payment. To proceed to Check out, click the link 'Check Out' in the lower right corner of your cart. Review your order and delivery information, then click Continue. Fill out your payment information and click Buy to confirm the order. A preliminary order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.



  • Registering and signing in

In order to shop at Nasomatto.com you must be registered and logged in. Registration is done under 'My Account'. If you are registered but have lost your login information, please use the 'Forgot your password?' link on the My Account page and follow the instructions. Registration is free and easy to complete. When registering at our website, we will save the information necessary to process your orders. We will not sell or disclose your personal information to any third party.
