Shipping Policy

The standard delivery time for orders within the European Union is 1-3 business days after shipping date, and 1-5 business days after shipping date for the rest of the world.

Nasomatto aims to deliver all orders within the above stated delivery time. If the delivery has not taken place within 30 days of payment, the customer has the right to cancel the order free of charge and is entitled to a full refund. For any issues regarding a delay of delivery, please contact

Issues relating to the delivered order (such as damaged or missing products) must be reported to us as soon as possible after the delivery, but in any case no later than 48 hours after delivery.

Shipping costs

The exact shipping costs will be calculated and added automatically to the cart based on your address.

The Nasomatto web store offers free shipping for all orders over €100 with delivery to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.

Orders with a delivery address in the United States and Canada receive free shipping over €200.

For all other countries, Nasomatto offers free shipping on orders of €300 or above.

Shipping options

To see if we are able to ship to your country, please follow the steps in the checkout. If we are not able to deliver to your country, you will not be able to complete your order.

Nasomatto uses Fedex and local carriers for worldwide deliveries. A tracking number will be provided to you once an order is placed.

Note: When you place an order, please refrain the use of a P.O. box. Make sure to use a regular address and to include a phone number. 

Return Policy

During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. The Nasomatto webstore cannot accept returns where labels have been removed. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Nasomatto. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Dutch VAT (if applied) will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery. Exchanges and returns can only be made as described in Nasomatto webstore's instructions, which will be e-mailed to you in such case. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded at other stores than the webstore.

Payment options

The Nasomatto web store uses Paypal and MultiSafePay as partners to process payment for your order. These services offer the following payment options: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, iDeal (The Netherlands), Mister Cash (Belgium), SofortBanking (Germany), and Paypal itself.
